Extra feature request (library scan existing book stock in and out)

Hope you are keeping well as I have not heard from you in a while?

Just a quick question..

Is it possible to discuss development of a new feature for partial circular system as an add-on?

Circular = scanning books in and out (on loan) of an existing library of book stock on your current WPbooklist plugin.

For example.. if a book was to be scanned as out it could have an additional column in the Db to indicate that it is either in stock or out on loan (I think you may already have this column in the Db). Then each book could have a visual indicator when it is browsed on the website to indicate if it is out on loan or not.

This could be changed by either scanning it via a hand barcode scanner or via a smart phone in the existing phone app.

Not all our patrons (librarians) have a smartphone so the option to use a hand scanner included and addressed via usb to a laptop once the librarian is logged in to our site would be good.

Of course the option to have additional details added ( logged ) to what user has the books out on loan would be good for administration and recall purposes too.

You could then also sell all the above as an additional add-on.

Thoughts on that please.
