    Hello,

    Does WooCommerce equip feature to set Extra fee for a product based on shipping Country, State and zipcode ?

    Please advise. Thanks in advance!

    You can have different shipping rates based on Country/State/Zip e.g.

    But that cannot be adjusted on a per-product basis.
