    Hello there,

    First of all, I want to thank you for this great plugin, it really made my life easier ??

    Unfortunately, I discovered an annoying bug:

    When I select my shipping method in Enable for shipping methods input box (in order for COD to appear only when a specific shipping method is selected) the extra fee stays in the checkouts order summary, even if another shipping method is selected.

    You have to select a different payment method for the order summary to refresh.

    Here are the step to reproduce it:

    • Add local pickup in Enable for shipping methods input box.
    • Add a fixed Extra fee for COD.
    • In the Checkout page select Local pickup.
    • Select COD as payment method.
    • Then select a different shipping method from your order summary.

    I am using Storefront theme and the latest WooCommerce version (3.2.1).
