    Hello nextbracket,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Our plugin is used to add the fees based on the rules created by admin.

So can you please verify all the configured rules are true on checkout only then, it will display the fees.

If still not working then, you can share the screenshots of fees rules and cart/checkout page so, we can review all the settings at our side and get back to you.

Let us know still if any.

    Thanks,

I put in condition for this product to have in cart

I tried also with different conditions (country) but also didn’t show up.
In reality I don’t need any condition I want it to appear optional

    Hello nextbracket,

    Thanks for providing the screens.

I am unable to see that product on your site and getting 404.

From your screenshots the rules are configured properly but, this type of issue might come if there is another plugin or your current theme conflicting with our plugin.

So, for the troubleshoot purpose can you please test at your side by activating the default woocommerce theme and only Woocommerce and our plugin activate on your site, so we can get an exact idea.

If still not working then, you can share your system report in which we can see your site environment with all the activated plugins and themes and get back to you.

    Thanks,

    Hello nextbracket,

    Thanks for your reply.

You need to configure fees custom post type to translate.

Click here to review the document for how to configure settings for fees(current document is for shipping post type).

You need to do the same configuration for your fees.

After above settings saved you will see all the fees for your default language and after that you need to add fees for all the language individually.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
