    Hi @kloader04

By default, this feature is not available in the WooCommerce plugin. However, you can achieve it using an additional plugin like WooCommerce Gift Cards that provides this functionality.

This plugins allow you to add a service charge for gift cards. You can set a fixed amount or a percentage of the gift card value as the service charge. It also provides options to customize the gift card such as adding a personal message, choosing a design, setting an expiration date, etc.

Please make sure to check the plugin documentation or the Features section on the plugin page for more details.

I hope this helps! If you need further assistance or have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

    Thanks!

Can I add multiple different fees?

    1. a flat 3% fee for all credit card and paypal transactions.
    2. a tiered handling fee. For example, if the cart total is up to $250 the handling fee will be $10, from $250-$500 the fee will be $11, and so on. We have about 4 tiers.

NOTE: Can I decide whether each fee is taxable or not?

    Thank you!

From what I understand, you would like to add multiple different fees using the Extra Fees for WooCommerce plugin. Specifically, you are interested in adding a flat 3% fee for all credit card and PayPal transactions, a tiered handling fee based on the cart total, and you also want to know if each fee can be taxable or not.

Yes, you can definitely achieve this. The Extra Fees for WooCommerce plugin allows you to add different types of fees like Product Type Fees, Payment Gateway Fees, Order Total Fees, and Shipping Fees. You can set these fees as a fixed value or a percentage of the product price or cart subtotal.

    For your specific requirements:

    1. A flat 3% fee for all credit card and PayPal transactions: You can use the “Payment Gateway Fee” option. You can set a separate fee for each payment gateway, and configure it as a percentage of the cart subtotal.
    2. A tiered handling fee: You can use the “Order Total Fee” option. This allows you to charge a fee if the cart subtotal is within a specified range. You can set up different tiers and assign different fees to each.

As for your question about taxes, by default, tax costs will not be charged for the Product Fees. However, if you wish to charge tax for the Product Fee, you can do so by enabling the Tax Setup option and you can select the Tax Class in the Tax Class option.
