extra field not visible when manual invoicing

    When I manually add an order in the woocommerce tab, I don’t see my TAV field anymore.
    I have a self created template used in the plugin: “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips”
    When users online fill in the TAV field it’s visible on the invoice. But not when doing a manual order invoice.
    Does someone has any idea what this can be?

    Can you tell us a bit more about this TAV field? Is this a custom field, or is it a field from a third party plugin?

    we are using also a checkout manager plugin.
    Can it be related to that?

    Yes, that would explain this. If you create a backend order, you don’t have access to custom checkout fields (AFAIK). Our plugin simply reads the address data from the order, as presented/formatted by WooCommerce ($order->get_formatted_billing_address()). You’ll have to take this up with the support for the Checkout Manager plugin to see how you can add this data to manual orders. Let us know if they need any additional information from us!
