    I have used this short code on the page.

    [CP_APP_HOUR_BOOKING_LIST from=”today” to=”today +30 days” fields=”DATE,TIME,email,fieldname12,fieldname8,fieldname6” calendar=”2″]

    Fieldname12 is the person’s name.

    Only date, time and email are showing
