Extra Fields on WordPress Registration sending to Mailchimp

Hi,

I need to add some extra user fields to the WordPress Registration form, such as Company Name and Salutation, and I want these fields, along with the First Name, Surname and Email Address, to be added to a list in my Mailchimp account?

Does anyone know how this can be done?
