Extra field/select dropdown in video upload

I’m letting my users upload videos through WP administration, sometimes one post can have several videos. Sometimes these videos are the same but in different languages – therefore i would like an extra field in the video upload dialog where i can choose language.
Does anyone know a plugin that adds extra fields (custom would be the best) to the upload manager? Or how would you solve my problem?
