extra files? .pJhaWt and .rEhu5m ??? Huh!!!???

I did a successfull backup on a site and it gave me three files
backwpup_1_2013-02-27_17-06-42.zip (34.19MB)
backwpup_1_2013-02-27_17-06-42.zip.pJhaWt (26.34MB)
backwpup_1_2013-02-27_17-06-42.zip.rEhu5m (18.18MB)
What the heck are the last two? I use to just get one large ZIP file of about 68MB.
On top of this the backup to dropbox didn’t even back up all my content. Ugg
Hopefully these are just bugs of some kind that can be addressed.
