Extra Flat rates added but not appearing at the checkout

As you are saying you are trying with default plugins then there should be no problem. Can you please confirm that you have done the settings as we suggested in plugin description? if you have still issue then if possible please provide your site details and credentials at [email protected] ??

Exactly the same for me. Added 2 flat rates, names with space separated words, values decimal, point delimited. My woocommerce setting is to separate decimals by commas, could it cause a conflict?

Thank you for use our plugin. I have checked it and it’s working perfectly fine. Please make sure that you must have Flat rate method enabled.

Extra flat rate is only apply when Default Flat rate method is enabled. Please let us know if you still face issue.

Thanks for an answer. I have to apologize, the reason for this malfunction lies in remembered settings, be it cached files, cookies or whatever. Had to make some error managing it. Without changing anything, today everything works fine. 5/5 plugin.

As shown in the previous image, you can see I set out three locations with their fixed prices. Yet when one goes to the checkout, these options do not appear.

We have checked image you have attached and it’s fine. Please make sure you have enabled default “Flat Rate” method. Our plugin is inherit property of WooCommerce Flat method. So Please enabled Flat method and then check it.

Also, I have checked your site but can’t able to Add to cart. If possible then please share admin credentials on [email protected] So will more troubleshoot.

As for the add to cart. What do you mean? I tried adding to cart and there are no issues. Is this the same for all products?
