Extra menu under the current

Dear all,

I would like to ask you if i can make an extra menu under my current one in https://www.sportlive.gr so that I can put football teams little badges for better separation of them as in these websites:
https://www.to10.gr
https://www.sport-fm.gr
https://www.gazzetta.gr
As you can see in this sites there is a ul list with icons under the main menu with teams badges redirected to a single category of the team.
Could i develop such a thing with mega menu and how?
