Extra options not appearing on product options

    Hi there
    have tried many variations of the settings to try and get the extra options to display. My developers tell me that they have tried this in the twenty twenty theme and its the same case.
    No matter what we do the options do not appear on the product page, although I can see some evidence of them in the source code, as hidden inputs.
    What are we doing wrong?
    The backup data is below. Its essentially a single textarea field we want to display within a single section.
