Extra padding when scrolling?!

I have set the sticky menu plugin to a column in a post, but whenever I scroll, the column gets an awful lot of padding to the bottom. How can I resolve this?

It’s not the biggest issue if the screen height is not that high. But around 900px height, it starts to get really bad. :/

Bear in mind that the loading of my site is quite slow at the moment.
