Extra product added to cart repeatedly

  • Adding the item to the cart with this plugin is originally generating an extra of the addon product (So main item plus 2 copies of upsell product). Then every time I click on a cart it adds an extra copy. Please let me know if this is a quick fix but attempting to limit the item has no result.
