Extra Product Options

  • Hi,
    I am using a plugin with Woo that allows you to add extra options to your products (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/7908619). I am just doing some more testing on my site and have come across something that hasn’t been taken into account when ordering in the backend.
    The scenario is that I have a customer ring me up to place an order over the phone and I log in to the back end and create a ‘new order’ on the >Orders page. I then fill out the billing details and scroll down to add a product, in this instance I select and add one of our Snow Tours (this product has a range of optional extra’s like adding helmets and boots etc), however I have noticed that there is nowhere to select these in the back end and none of the options are showing up or available anywhere..
    If I install and use this plugin, will the optional extra’s show up in the back end?

    hi Julian

    So if you use >Orders>Add new, you can’t fill “Extra Product Options”.

    My plugin doesn’t support them now, but I think it’s possible to add these fields.

    Could you submit ticket and upload this plugin(it’s not free) ?
