    Hi, I’m evaluating your plugin before I purchase the full version but I’m having an issue with the “Ordered Received” page. It does NOT show the extra product options that I selected for the products. Also, the email I receive does NOT show the extra product options either. Is this a theme issue or am I doing something wrong?

    If I goto the order in WooCommerce it displays the product options correctly for that order.

    The settings are all unchecked in Advanced Settings:
    Hide custom fields in Cart Page
    Hide custom fields in Checkout page
    Hide custom fields in Order Details page

    I’m having almost just the same problem.
    The extra information does not appear during check-out, nor in the customer’s profile.
    In my case, it also does not appear on the order screen on the woocommerce dashboard. SKU appears instead

    The settings are all unchecked in Advanced Settings:

    Could you please verify whether you are using Ajax add to cart method, if so could you please disable the Ajax add to cart method and verify once again from your side?

    Thanks for the feedback. I have not installed an “ajax to cart” type plugin. I have tried disabling the “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives” setting in WooCommerce and it still has the same behavior (no product options listed in the email or in the order received/summary). Is there another WooCommerce setting I should be looking at?

    I’m running WordPress 5.4.1, WooCommerce 4.1.1, and Extra Product Options (Product Addons) for WooCommerce version 2.1.3.

    Could you please verify whether your theme is using the “Ajax add to cart” method or not?
