Extra Slash before Apostrophe in Text Input

I understand Apostrophe (‘) may break programming codes so it’s necessary to add a slash (\) before that sometimes, but it’s a bit confusing to have an extra slash (\) in the cart and checkout page when a user didn’t enter the slash (\) in their text input. Is it possible to show exact user’s input in the cart and checkout page without adding extra punctuations? Many thanks.
