Extra space @ top of page

    Hello all.

    I am trying to remove the extra white space at the very top of my web page – right before the dark, full-page-width top banner.

    My site is at https://www.rbcfx.com. I am using a child theme of WP 2011 theme.

    In Google Chrome’s ‘Inspect Element’ I when I select the <body> element, I can see that there is some space between <html> and <body> – but I have looked at all the styles and can’t find anything that might create the space.
