I originally posted this problem a year ago in this post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/extra-week-in-calendar-view/. As of version 4.0.4.5 this issue is still not resolved.

On the settings page, Frontend Views tab, Event Listing subtab, in the Calendar View Settings For Month, Week and Day views section, if you have Hide Previous And Next Month Rows From Calendar turned off, your get an extra week at the end of each calendar. For example, on our website page that is linked to with this message, and change the month to next month (October), you will get an extra week of November at the bottom. In my opinion the last week displayed should be October 29 through November 3. But the calendar also displays the week of November 4 through 10. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/u8kcqfa3t4ceoux7cv7py/ExtraWeekinCalendar.jpg?rlkey=1j1y7voe5ozgpp5nxqyy5sjgb&dl=0

While I can live with this option turned on, it is not my preferred display option. And it is not how I think the system should work with this option off. Is displaying an extra full week of the next month how you expect this option to work?

    September seems to work fine.

October & November have an extra week

    December seems to be fine.

January has an extra week. I didn’t look further in advance.
