This is a nice plugin.

I’m working with HNH on this. We have 5 pages of video galleries. Each one has a different amount of videos in the gallery. Therefore, the whitespace is different for each page. Changing the CSS for each page is a pain, not to mention maintaining it when we add videos to the gallery.

What can we do about this? It would be nice to have the gallery auto-adjust the size according to the number of video thumbnails within the gallery.

We are still having issues with it because like Jonathan said, we have several pages with different playlists on it and so if we fix one with CSS it doesn’t fix all of them. Surely we don’t have to use CSS every time we add a video?

What other solutions are there to this?

You’ll see the various links in the left sidebar. Those are the pages where the different video galleries are posted.

So you there are a few different options.

You can set the vpp (videos per page) so that there is a limit to the number of videos that appear at once and then the viewer has “next” and “prev” buttons they can use to navigate larger video galleries.

We also have some additional pro video gallery designs with horizontal scroll bars so that the height will stay the same. You can check them out here.

Our hzCard has an automatic height adjustment.

We are also working on automatic height adjustments for other layouts as well.

we’ve updated our plugin! if you update to version 5.0, the video gallery now automatically resizes so that there will be no white space below or scroll bars without needing to set a height or adjust CSS.
