    Hello,

I have CartFlow Pro installed on my website. I’ve recently moved my site to a new hosting service. After that, I see extra fields on the checkout page.

For example, the Company field is on the checkout page while I have enabled Custom Field Editor and have not defined such a field.

I’d be grateful if you could help me to resolve the problem.

    Hello, @ahmadsaghafi

Thank you for getting back to us!

Can you please let me know that have you disabled that company field from the CartFlows checkout field editor?

If you haven’t disabled the field then it will be displayed on the checkout page. If you don’t want to display it on the checkout page then you can disable it from the custom field editor.

Please let me know your thoughts on this.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

I’m using CartFlow for a couple of months without any problem. I’ve enabled the custom field editor and activated the fields that I want to become visible on the checkout page.

The problem is that there are some fields in the checkout page that don’t have any equivalent?in the custom filed editor. For example, there is no Company filed in the custom field editor but it is on the checkout page!

I didn’t have this problem until I moved to a new hosting provider.

    Hello @ahmadsaghafi

Thank you for getting back to us!

Usually, this can happen when the default WooCommerce’s fields are unset/removed before importing the flow. Now, even if you reset/set the default WooCommerce’s fields then those fields will not be displayed in the CartFlows Checkout field editor.

Thus, this creates an issue. Can you please check for any custom code in the theme’s functions.php file which is added for to remove set/unset the checkout fields?

On the same note, can you please try creating a new flow and check for all the fields that are present or not?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello,

Thank you for your precise response.

What you said is exactly what has happened to my flows. Before your last reply, I tried to create a new flow and I noticed that all the default WooCommerce fields are in the custom checkout filed editor.

The reason why I don’t see them in my old flows is that when I created those flow, I was using a plugin that removed some of the fields.

Now, I can fix the issue by recreating all of my flows which is really time-consuming.

Can you suggest another solution to fix this?

Thank you, @ahmadsaghafi, for the confirmation.

I am happy that it is working for you, but as of now, you need to re-create the flows.

I have taken this point in our to-do list. To solve such a case, we will try to add the re-sync button, which will create the missing fields of the WooCommerce in the CartFlows.

    I hope this helps.

Feel free to get in touch in case you need more assistance.

We would be happy to assist you.

    Have a great day ahead.
