Extract email address only for use in Contact Form

I have setup a custom single-wpsl_stores.php and would like to hard code a contact form on the page which uses the email address, as set within the individual stores contact details, as the ‘to’ field for the form.

Is there a way I can extract just the email address from data? When I call it via the wpsl_address shortcode, it is appending ‘Email:’ at the beginning which won’t work.
