extract list of focus keywords from yoast SEO

    need some instructions if this is possible, I need to extract a list of focus keywords from my wp yoast SEO plugin, I used this plugin for my blogs, so I enter in a new focus keyword everytime but now I need the full list of historical keywords I have used, does anyone have any clues on where to start with this
