Extract only the URL

I′m looking forward to use the Category Image as a Background-image. Here is my code:

div style="background: url('SOMETHING_HERE') no-repeat;">

How can I extract the SOMETHING_HERE-Variable (the raw URL of the image) from <?php ciii_category_images(); ?>?
