Extract Site from Mlutisite (for sale)

  • Hi Guys,

    I’ve got a multisite network of wordpress sites going and l’d like to extract one of the sites that l’m selling to a friend.

    Can anyone give me a link to a tutorial on how l would extract one of the sites from a multi site install to put it on it’s own stand alone WP install?

  • Tools -> Export.

    There’s all the posts. then zip up the theme and whatever plugins were used. Export the options table from the db if they want widget & plugin settings too. They’ll need to change the table prefix when they dump it in a new site.
