Extracting Random Post URL?

When the random post is displayed on a page, the post title and the thumbnail image have anchor tags that link to the actual post. Is it possible to determine what this URL is through the plugin? I would like to append a “Read More>” link after the excerpt, but I don’t know how to get the randomly generated URL.
