Extranet on wordpress

Hi to all,

I need to develop an extranet for one client. That area need to work, more or less, in this way:

1. every user must have access only to his area and documents;
2. every user must upload a set of documents (document type A, document type B, etc.) and need to could view what have been uploaded also in previous sessions;
3. extranet administrator must review every document of all users and mark as OK or not.

I was thinking to use Pods or Toolset to create new type (file) and after all creare a form to permit upload data, but I don’t know if is the better way to work…
Someone that have made same things could me suggest something?
