extras with prices per quantity

hi,
customers can book 2 appointments in the same slot.
quantity selection field is 2
i provide an extra option with price to the form
But the extra choice is added to both of the booking
Is there a way to ad an extra choice per individual booking.
an example:
a person can book 2 bcycles at 14pm
options include a refreshement along the route at a price of 50 (apiece).
But only one person takes this option (for 50).
the price is added to both now (total 100)
