Extreme Server Resource Intensive

It looks like the auto autoptimize minify plugin creates for every single Page/post his own JS CSS file. Is there any filter to prevent that ?
As most front end pages in use the same Plugins css/js files. After minutes the cache grow extrem high. and the minify process lag the webpage for a minute to compress just one page. Works nice in combination with Comet Cache.

Once this heavy process is done its very nice compressed and extrem fast even for heavy js pages
