• I am a premium WCFM user.

    This is just one of many tickets which I’ve submitted to their support.

    I submitted a ticket on 15 November 2020. Until today it is still not resolved.

    Their support team usually just replies 1 time, then no more reply if you follow up with a respond.

    Really disappointing service.

    Recommend anyone that’s looking to operate a marketplace choose another plugin with better support, OR just go with Shopify.

    It is not a review to complain on bad support, its a support topic,
    yet you have to get premium support from product vendor, because www.ads-software.com forums are for free themes/plugins available from WP plugin or theme directories.

    I agree … the customer support is terrible. I am a paying customer and even using the support ticket option directly on their site, they take days and weeks to respond. SMH. I might look at other Multi-vendor options if they offer better support …
