Extremely bad support from WCFM

I am a premium WCFM user.
This is just one of many tickets which I’ve submitted to their support.
I submitted a ticket on 15 November 2020. Until today it is still not resolved.
Their support team usually just replies 1 time, then no more reply if you follow up with a respond.
Really disappointing service.
Recommend anyone that’s looking to operate a marketplace choose another plugin with better support, OR just go with Shopify.
