Thank you for sharing your experience, AMP is a web component framework, The AMP framework follows a set of rules that ensure performance AMP plugin helps you convert your WordPress website to AMP pages.
However, there are many plugins and themes available for WordPress, so we cannot add compatibility for all them in a single plugin, as it’s practically impossible because it will increase the size of the AMP plugin. Furthermore, it’s not possible to maintain the compatibility with all plugin and theme updates.
So, we expect the respective plugin or theme developers to adopt the AMP framework in their plugin or theme, the validation tool which can help developers and users understand the validation issues.
There are very many adoptions of AMP happened in recent times, and we listed out those plugins and themes on our AMP ecosystem page.
