I see that mailpoet takes 10 to 20 seconds to show the list of subscribers (I have 600 names).

    Is this normal?

    Hi there @flipgatt,

No, 10 to 20 seconds to load the subscribers list would not be expected behavior with MailPoet. The page load time would depend partly on your server environment/resources, and partly on your site itself (plugins, theme, etc).

Checking on my personal test site with 600 subscribers/emails, I can refresh the page, and it’ll load the page + subscriber list within a couple of seconds:

As a first step, I’d recommend a conflict test to see if there’s any other plugin/theme code running that is slowing things down. Testing to see if the issue occurs with only MailPoet active, and a default theme like Twenty Twenty would help to rule out any conflicts. We have a guide for conflict testing available here:

You could also install Query Monitor to help narrow down where specifically the slowdown is coming from: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/query-monitor/

Please let me know how that goes, or if you have any questions!

The Host service has just now changed server and the website is super fast. However, when I ask mailpoet to show me the list of members, it takes about 13 seconds to show them. The page remains empty and then all of a sudden the names are there.

It’s difficult for me to try it without plugins because it is a multisite and many plugin are network-wise activated.

    Hi again @flipgatt ????

Can you maybe ask your hosting service to create a staging (test) site for you when you can actually test this without any other plugins active?

Please keep us posted, we’ll be glad to keep troubleshooting this issue with you.

    Thanks

    Hi there @flipgatt,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

After installing Query Monitor plugin, the mailpoet member’s listings are much faster.

I have the same issue. Searching for a subscriber is extraordinarly slow (takes many minutes), a pop-up says wait or leave. If I leave the whole site freezes.
I only have 500 subscribers out of a potential 1000
I have installed both Redis and WPOPcache as advised by Query monitor, based on your reply above.
    I am using Astra theme.
    Where next?
    Thanks

I also have this issue which also affects the selection of users. If I select a user, it takes quite a few seconds to react. If I need to select multiple users, it can take way too long. Has anyone found a reason and solution?

Just reduce the number of members showed in the window.

    That worked, thanks!
