EXTREMELY slow load time on every page. Pls Help!!

I am completely stumped right now. Every page takes forever to load even my admin page… so that rules out the images on the homepage. I compared to many other sites and I was able to load up to 8 other sites in the time it took for mine to come around. Ive already argued with Godaddy about it and they say its probably on my end. Please help with any suggestions!!
