    I don’t know @bloke, I handle this website but I have no access (now) to the hosting settings. Sundey I’m gonna ask to the owner but I think is a shared host.
    I wish to know if is an Hosting or a WordPress issue. Do you know how can I check it?

    I would suggest looking at the server logs and see if that provides clues to what’s happening.

    If you need help locating server logs, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

    You’ll need to check with your hosts as that’s at the server level.

    As I said I don’t have the credentials to login or support, so I’m gonna ask to the owner on Monday.. But if I can learn something about this problem before is better ??
