Hello @wanderingon and thanks for reaching out to us!

If you navigate to All Options > Firewall Options > Advanced Firewall Options > Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules, you can add those IPs in that txt file here. The only bad news is, they need to be separated by commas and that is a lot of IPs in that whitelist.

You could attempt Learning Mode first and test to see if it works before going through the hassle of adding all those IPs.

From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.

https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/ is an amazing resource for learning more about the WAF and learning mode.

Let me know what you find!

    Thanks!

    Hi @wfadam

    Thanks for your message.

I have added the Iwhitelisted IPs now as per your instructions. It was a long list but I used this tool to speed up the process: https://convert.town/column-to-comma-separated-list

Hopefully, that will do the trick.

    Thanks again for your help.
