Excellent plug-in, works exactly as needed, but if I view the source code of any page on my site, I find where the plug-in calls the original script, adorably named F–kAdBlock. Any chance you could change that part of the code in the delivered plug-in, for those of us using it on kid-friendly sites?

  • It is pretty easy to change.

There are only two files to change: index.php and js/dedect.js Use a code editor and do a “find-and-replace” to change all instances of f***AdBlock to DisableAdBlock (or any name you like).

Save files, upload and update. Be sure to back up the two files first, in case.

This is the best plugin, except the language (but it says the obvious, most of the the plugin users would agree).

I did that, which I figured might be the best solution; I was just hoping to avoid having to redo it anytime the plug-in gets updated.

Can’t say I disagree with you about the obvious-ness of the sentiment! Heck, most of my visitors would probably agree as well, but since we’re a public school…

    Thanks!
