Fabulous Product and Excellent Support

I have used NinjaForms for a week, so I am new to this. I was previously using Gravity Forms. For some strange reason, all my GF forms stopped working. The pages holding them would not load the form. They loaded other non-form elements, just not the form.

I figured I should give Ninja Forms a try. Great product, easy to use, good clear documentation.

As good as their product is, the support (staff) is above and beyond. I submitted a support ticket online on their website on Christmas day. I thought nobody would get to it until after the holiday weekend.

To my surprise, I saw a response within hours! Not just that, the response was spot on!
