Facebook ad accout restricted and cannot load the claim your identity page

  • Hello there,

    On the Business Support Home, it shows that my advertising access was restricted for security purposes. And in the what you can do section, there is a button named continue request. But when I click the button, the page was totally blank. And I’ve spent 3 days trying to figure out how to contact the facebook support team or how to solve this bug, tried everything but still cannot continue my request. And now I cannot use Facebook for WooCommerce, what should I do?

    Hi! It looks like the problem needs to be solved in the Meta Business Suite.

    Can you please share screenshots of the restriction warning and the actions you can take?

    Note that we cannot view the issue from the link you shared as we don’t have permissions to manage your Facebook page. ??

    For issue related to restricted or restricted accounts, we recommend reaching out directly to Meta Support team. You should be able to open a ticket directly in Meta Business Suite for further assistance with this. More details can be found here.

    You say that you didn’t run ads in the last 4 years? Were you planning on running new ads now on that same account?

    Hello Iodic,

    That will be great if you can reach out to them. This ad account will be used for advertising later on. For now, the main goal is to utilize the Meta Facebook Pixel to track website activities such as add-to-cart events and other related data.

    Do you need my ad account id?
