Facebook Ads not seeing pixel data

Hi,

I’ve installed the Facebook Pixel via the plugin. Currently, I’m getting registered Purchase conversions via the pixel, but this is not showing up and linking to the ads manager.

Additionally, my pageview and purchases are being triggered (yet not linked to FB ads manager) but addtocart are not (when viewing from FB Business Manager>Catalog>Event Data Sources).

How can I ensure that my FB pixel is correctly picking up all purchase conversions and have it link it to my FB Ads Manager reports (currently the reports have a dashed line in place of any data on conversions)?
