Facebook and Instagram Log in

Hi Luis,

When trying Facebook login, I see the following message:
“Can’t load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and sub-domains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.”
Which means you haven’t saved proper urls in the Facebook app.
Make sure you have saved exactly the following two domains in the App Domains option in Facebook app settings (step 9 https://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-facebook-app-id/):
www(dot)localchain(dot)co(dot)uk
localchain.co(dot)uk
Replace (dot) with actual dot.
..and exactly the following url in the Valid Oauth Redirect URIs option (step 14 https://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-facebook-app-id/):
https://localchain.co.uk/?SuperSocializerAuth=Facebook
In the Google client’s Authorized Redirect URIs option (step 8 https://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-google-plus-client-id/), you need to save exactly the following url
https://localchain.co.uk

I was able to fix the Facebook. I tried google as well but for some reason, this error is appearing! Can you give me some guidance to fix this one too?

You’re welcome. This is because of the mod_security rules of your website server. You need to contact your web host regarding this.

Update your plugin to version 7.12.45, create a new Instagram app as described at the link https://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-instagram-client-id/
