Facebook and Instragm Profile Pictures blocked

    Hola,
    Complianz is blocking the Smash Balloon Facebook & Instagram Feed Profile Pictures even after giving consent.
    Any idea how to fix that?

    Hi @sapujapu,

    Under Integrations you can disable the Facebook & Instagram integrations, under services. I expect Smash Balloon recognized Complianz and set consent automatically. You can check this in Smash Balloon, I thin under the tab GDPR or Privacy.

    thank you very much! Had to play around a bit with the settings and renew the link to Instagram.
