Facebook and Twitter Drop to new line

Hey, I have the plugin plus the addo-on. I just swapped out themes and it is throwing up an odd error. If you look here https://www.newsledge.com/halo-1-4-remakes-real-called-halo-master-chief-collection-7017 you can see that the Facebook and Twitter are actually below the buttons in white text. Any ideas on how o fix that to go back inline. Thanks a ton
