Facebook and Twitter stats vanish from Jetpack Stats!

I too saw this happen at about 7 pm ET (I think) on June 3rd. It was working earlier in the day. I presume there’s a bug or configuration issue somewhere. Or, perhaps FB changed something that doesn’t play well with Jetpack.

Jetpack team, any ideas on what’s going on?

Same here! We have heavy referrer traffic from many social sites, none show in Jetpack now. Been like this for 2 days now.

A bit relieved to know that i’m not alone… What’s the way out??

Thanks for your patience. I have an update – your referrers should be back in your stats now. They weren’t missing, they just weren’t being displayed in your dashboard stats.

If they’re missing anytime in the future, but you can see them at https://wordpress.com/stats – please start a new thread or contact us via our Support contact form so we can investigate the issue further.
