Facebook API Comment Moderation Tool Not Working

However, I have turned off the Plugin, because we can’t currently work with the FB Comment Moderation Tools effectively.
Issue:
Fix FB Comment Moderation Tool: This is not working properly on Facebook end of things.
We cannot approve comments, hide comments, report spam, ban, etc…
It only stopped working under a month ago.
Because it was not working, I re-setup the Facebook API and it seems to be setup correctly, but the Comment Moderation is not working as I described above.
