    Hi, I’ve been using Flow Flow for a few years now on my company website but recently the Facebook token will not work no matter what I try, and by extension neither will instagram.

    I have followed the guidelines on your website:

    When I connect the app, it claims to be successful and redirects me back to my website, and shows me the access token/extended token inside the boxes.

    However, when I go to enable my feed it says:
    “An access token is required to request this resource”

    But there is a token sitting in the Auth tab settings..

    I’ve tried removing the app from my business manager and restarting, but the same issue occurs (with what seems to be the same token string every time… clicking ‘refresh token’ does not change anything). I have also tried doing it from an incognito window but that didn’t work either.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    Update, and possible solution for anyone else:

    Facebook feed works if I do not select an Instagram business page after I hit the ‘Connect’ button

    Looks like the unified token doesn’t work properly?

    Hello, sorry for tardy response. Since version 4.0 we support new unified Facebook API for FB and Instagram feeds. We updated Facebook and Instagram API in latest versions (starting from 4.0), it should help to get rid of any type of feed error. After update also please refresh FB token under AUTH tab and rebuild cache in problematic feeds using feed menu.
