After the Ois updates, I can’t get any response from the api I set up via woocommerce. It says the last data received from affiliates was 24 days ago. We have been working with the Facebook team to resolve this issue for days. But they said the problem can be solved by woocommerce. Since the pixel installed on the website cannot transmit the correct parameters, we cannot receive conversions at the moment. I need technical support on this.

In the email I received, I received a response from the facebook technical team “The problem you are experiencing is due to the Conversion API sending us value parameters that are not unique or in the correct format.

You’re setting up the conversion API only through WooCommerce, so there’s a good chance you don’t really know which parameter.

For this reason, they advised you to seek help from the Woocomerce Community, or they advised you to set it up by checking the steps from the link I posted below: ”

They also stated that the pixel does not send data in the trade manager related to the catalogs and that the “ tag” should be deleted from the pixel.

    Hi @orendadesign,

    Thanks for reaching out!

According to our experience, some caching plugins have optimization settings that may cause a conflict with the pixel tracking code that will result in the event not being triggered or being triggered incorrectly. You’ll want to temporarily disable any caching plugin if installed and purge the data.

You can try testing with the pixel helper Chrome extension which is a troubleshooting tool that helps you validate your pixel implementation.

Another common recommendation would be to disable all other plugins except WooCommerce to find out which one causes a conflict and temporarily switch to the WordPress default Storefront theme. Also, to avoid accidental unwanted changes it is advisable to backup your data.

For more detailed instructions about conflict testing, check out this – How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.

Please let us know how that goes.
