• I never noticed this problem, and for a while people kept mentioning to me they could not load the website. I couldn’t figure it out for the longest time since they didn’t specify they were on the Facebook app from a mobile device. I found that a3 Lazy Load was the plugin in question. So I have it disabled for now, which allowed for the pages to load again in the Facebook App on mobile.

I have Nextgen gallery installed on this particular site, so it uses a lightbox such as fancybox. Would there be CSS classes I need to specify to avoid the “page can’t be loaded error”? I am not sure how to debug from a mobile device to figure the issue out. I can see the page start to load the logo, menu but then backs out to the Facebook page with the error for a millisecond.

Any tips or suggestions (settings) would help. Thanks.

  • Hi, I have this issue as well but I’m not using this plugin.
I didn’t find the source for my problem yet, I’ll start disabling plugins.

If disabling all your plugins doesn’t help, also try switching themes.

    plugins disable didn’t work.
I’ll try switching the theme, but we have to use this theme eventually – we made a lot of work to adjust it to our needs.

Well switching themes at least will tell you if that is the problem, I don’t mean switch entirely but at least then you know what the source of the problem is.

The only other fix is to tell your users to change their Facebook app setting “Links Open Externally” to OFF, but really that isn’t a real fix and ends up being a hassle.

If anything, you may want to make a new thread for your issue before the moderators tell you to.

I solved it.. It was a 3rd party script that we added for anti ad block

I have the same problem. It my mobile site used to work just fine, now all of a sudden it doesn’t when I type in my url on my I phone I get an error I have 2 mobile plug ins installed WP touch and Duda mobile. Should I disable one or the other? Is there a better plug in I should be using?
