Facebook login doesn’t work on your site:
I tried to check the login with Facebook on the linked page, but it didn’t work for me as I received this error:

If you created your Facebook App recently, then you need to know that, Facebook has made some permission related changes recently, and by default the people outside of your business are no longer able to login with Facebook, unless you complete the Business verification. As both the basic “public_profile” and the “email” permissions require that now. See:
Note: Also Facebook has introduced a new UI for the App creation, but only certain accounts are able to use it right now. If you already see the new App creation interface, then you should follow this guide for the App creation:
As for the problem with the Avatars:
As I mentioned above, I couldn’t check the login with Facebook, but I noticed that you use the BuddyBoss theme which is based on BuddyPress, that has a custom avatar handling.
The last time I checked the BuddyBoss theme, they used an outdated BuddyPress version so some of our BuddyPress specific integrations ( like the avatar storing for them ) didn’t work. The problem is that, in the version 6.0, BuddyPress completely changed the way they handle avatars. As I mentioned above, BuddyPress has a custom avatar handling so by default they don’t use the WordPress default avatars that we store. For this reason we had to create an integration for BuddyPress so our avatars will appear for BuddyPress, too.
However the BuddyPress version that BuddyBoss integrates is an outdated version, that doesn’t use the bp_members_avatar_upload_dir() function that BuddyPress introduced in the 6.0.0 version as a replacement for the old xprofile_avatar_upload_dir() function.
So the plugins which were made for BuddyPress won’t always work with BuddyBoss as it uses deprecated codes. I think that’s why our avatars won’t be displayed.
