    Hi @alexisteleco

This often happens when the Facebook pixel is not setup correctly.

This Chrome extension created by Facebook will verify that your Facebook pixel is working properly.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello,
I have already installed the plug-in and the Facebook pixel is working.

In fact, there are a number of product that are showing up and some that are not shown.

    What can be happening?

Hi, am actually having the same issue. I need to sync products to my FB catalog, yet I can’t link up the pixel to sync, as FB says that there is product microdata missing.
When one tests with the FB debugger, it says that the price, availability and ID are missing.
When one tests the site with Google Rich Text or Schema.org, the info is there. I’ve tried numerous plugins to try and get the correct info to show for FB, but no luck.

    Hi there,

You can try a conflict check using: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-conflicts/ to see if anything is interfering.

Take a backup of your site.
    Activate: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-conflicts/
Enable only Facebook for WooCommerce and WooCommerce and a default theme.
Does that change anything in terms of FB Debugger?

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

I checked and it changes nothing (checked with oficial Facebook extension)

    I attach some images:

    Hi @alexisteleco ,

We’d like to take a closer look at the issue your site is experiencing.

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.

    Hi,

I tried making a new account at WooCommerce.com, it redirects me to wordpress.com, I made the account, verified the email and try to access to the WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support tab.

    It keeps showing this message:
    https://snipboard.io/2jAqOX.jpg

Obviously, I have already verified the mail, logout and login multiple times, tried cleaning cookies, with different browsers and with incognito tabs.

Even when I press “resend”, all it does is login me into wordpress.com

Some hint to overcome this difficulty?

    Cheers.
